I had to reset my Apple Watch as it was not showing in my phone all of a sudden and wasn’t working however when I set it up again I’m getting the error code 14 when trying to activate my data plan I called 202 and spoke with someone for half an hour they told me to reset my watch again and then told me that I need to remove my sim plan on my watch but that’s the whole reason I was calling because it won’t show up.
please can I get some help I use my watch for seizure detection so I’m getting really stressed out

I did read all that it says to contact o2 for a eSIM reset which is what I told the adviser on the phone but he told me he couldn’t do I would need to remove the plan myself.

You need to keep trying until you get a trained monkey rather than an untrained one @Kirstyp86

Hey - did you ever resolve this? I’m having the exact same issue! Customer service saying they cannot reset the eSIM!

If that question is aimed at @Kirstyp86, you need to tag her thus. 👍
And have you read the Activate Apple Watch Guide that @MI5 has made reference to above ? ❓

Hey I did I called over and over and got the same response every time I even read directly from the fix on the o2 site to say I needed it resetting and they told me I would need to cancel my contract pay it off and then take out a new one….
in the end I managed to get it sorted through the live chat on the o2 app they reset the ESIM it took 24 hours and is fine now.
don’t bother calling go straight to the live chat!
