I don't have an O2 phone contract but I did purchase a pair of Apple AirPod Pro from the online O2 store.
I got a confirmation email which read "Thanks for your order - it's now full steam ahead for us.
Keep an eye on your inbox for our updates on progress and delivery."
This was nine days ago on Nov 24th and I have not only heard nothing since but there is seemingly no way to contact anyone via any available route to find out any information on this issue.
Please advise.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
