Suddenly my iphone Xr cannot deliver messages to a specific number (the GMB competition line 65557). It was doing it okay till a few weeks ago but now - it just says can't deliver.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

No, I don't have a cap and I have unlimited messages as part of my tariff. I just cannot figure it out.

Unlimited messages don't include messages to competition lines which are chargeable.

I know, but this is the only premium number which has been affected.

You need to contact O2 to check your account. We can't do that from here unfortunately.

Or 202 from your O2 mobile.
Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
When you call 202, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
