Found this website (https://www.tomsguide.com/news/iphone-14-delivery-date ) which shows Apple's delivery date for the Pro Max is end of October, which is slightly later than this (https://www.nextpit.com/apple-iphone-14-pro-max-shipment-arrival-delay-orders ) website saying 18 Oct.

You can try talking to customer services, but I would not be expecting to take delivery any time soon...
