I reported my stolen phone to O2 who have blocked the device.
I am trying to log into My O2 to order a replacement but it keeps trying to send a OTP / SMS code to the device which I no longer have - I do get access to My O2?

You cant order a replacement sim online, you will need to either call o2 or pop into an o2 store with Photo ID

Once you get into MyO2. Add another phone number in your contact details.
You will then get the option of using that or your O2 number to receive codes.
I suggest you do as I have done and give a number on a different phone and network.
I use my partner's phone
