I'm trying to cancel my iPad sim, the o2 store said to do it via the settings part on the iPad, but I can't see any options in any sections. I'm sure under the 'carrier' section there should be an Account option but I don't have one?

Hi @Jo__

Full details for cancelling a contract here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Cancelling-Your-Contract-A-Guide/ba-p/566774

If it’s a PAYG sim though, just stop using it and it will expire in 6 months.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

hi @Jo__

All information on cancelling contract is here in this thread

https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Cancelling-Your-Contract-A-Guide/ba-p/566774

If it's a PAYG sim then just don't top it up further. It won't work after all your credit has been used.

Unfortunately you cannot do it through any settings, simply call customer services and give 30 days notice if it's a 30 day rolling sim.
