Good afternoon,,
I had a phone contract with you in my mothers name the number is ************* due to me having no contact with her anymore she has cancelled it. I’m just wondering how I can get a sim by you or another company and keep the same number as it’s really important my number stays the same because of my job as my phone has stopped today I cannot contact anyone and they cannot contact me and I need to be able to do so as soon as possible so I was wondering if you could point me in the right direction on how I would move forward with this.

As the number cancelled is in the mother's name with whom the OP has no contact I fail to see how they are going to get the number
