Wonder if anyone can help...
I have a 12 month SIM only contract for my iPhone and, around 2 weeks ago, added the Apple Watch plan. I believed this was an additional £5 (incl. VAT). However, I've just received my bill for May to June and I've been charged an extra £5.78 plus VAT.
I have tried to call O2 customer services but, given my working hours, it's been difficult to get through.
Can anyone help?

There may have been a pro-rata amount charged if the plan was added before your billing date @Ross45
The best number to get through seems to be

For info, the watch plan is also subject to the annual rpi increase.
