Last time I had this problem there was an o2 rep that reset my eSIM on my watch a this worked. Things it was @o2_sarah

Those were the Forum Advisors - disbanded in July @Tats.
Your best option is to take phone, watch and some photo id into an O2 Shop. Failing that, 202 is your next best option - and a degree of perseverance,@Nataliebrady22 - Good luck.

Yes, for sure. There have been cases where an O2 Shop service agent has been able to fix the issue for a customer who presented with watch, phone and photo-id - the agent spotted the "number" assigned to the watch had not been associated with the iPhone account correctly, and the issue was resolved there and then.
