I’ve been back and forth with customer service trying to get my Apple Watch setup for cellular data.
I have tried all the fixes I had found on the forums but still no joy, tried the sim swap today as the last resort. I bought the watch for running so that I didn’t need to have my phone on me. Are there any O2 support agents still on the forums?

Unfortunately not @Brian_McMahon - they were withdrawn back in July;

This means you need to persist with calling and/or using social media.
