If the credit has been taken from the phone 2 weeks ago, then the phone should now be unlocked. You would have received an email if there was an issue.

Hi

It's normally very fast.

A few days.
Ring Cs or fill out the unlock form
Again is my advice.

Usually within 72 hours - Have you tried another sim in it as it may have been done already?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I sync the iPhone to iTunes with the new sim. Msg invalid sim is shown on both phone & iTunes. But when I put in O2 sim it is ok. Took the phone to O2 shop who confirmed it was still locked and their computers can do nothing about it. A manager has been informed but I'm still stuck with an unlocked phone more than 2 weeks on. Will have to leave the phone as I've got holiday booked in a week. Really frustrating can't wait to leave this network

I've had phoned unlocked from other networks, never took so long and definitely without the hassles I've had to go thru

Have you considered the link I've added.

Possibly speaking to O2 site management here may help.

His name is Toby.

Pm him here http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/60444
