my phone is a couple of weeks old , when making calls i can hear who i am ringing but they can't hear me. Any ideas how i can rectify this ?

I had this on my other halfs Z1. It was caused by an upgrade to the software. We removed the sim and re-fitted it and it was all good after that. The Sony software updates always seem to break something when they happen

If within 14 days return for replacement, if past that, return to SONY for repair.

Make sure you don't have a case or screen protector etc covering the mic hole too.
