is there a  way i can trace with held/unknown numbers from my phone i had 5 calls in 30 mins on sat i have an idea who it is but i need proof

No sorry the whole idea behind withholding a number is privacy.

 

Have you tried speaking to them to find out who they are?

 

If this is a serious problem O2 can help but the police would have to be involved:

O2 will allow you one free number change.

Some phones do have the facility to block unknown numbers but you can't find out who is withholding their number unfortunately.
