In the past I've recieved text questionnaires from 28484 along the lines of "Overall, how satisfied are you with the quality of our network" and replied appropriately.

I'm unable to reply to the most recent of these - I get "message not sent - phone number formatted incorrectly".

It's free to text O2 on that number.

Have you changed any message settings to prevent the texting of shortcodes?

Go to settings >apps and tap the 3 dots menu.

Tap on special access and then premium text message services.

You can then choose Ask, Always allow or Never allow.

If it's on never allow it will block all including the free ones.

Your only other option is to contact O2. Give them a call on 202

or 0344 809 0202  or

You can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
