Unknown Number

Hi, I have a relatively new Motorolla Edge 30 Neo. It was working fine prior to my holiday in Crete. Upon returning from Crete, my phone displays "unknown number" when I have an incoming call. As a result of this, I can't return missed calls because I have no idea who's called me. I've checked my phone settings but to no avail. It seems like my phone hasn't reconfigured properly upon returning to the UK. Please help as I'm so frustrated... Stu
