I purchased a Sony Xperia U and have put my pay monthly sim card into it which has a 500mb bolt on on my account. However, it won't connect to mobile internet, only through wifi. My account says that the bolt on is active but whenever I turn on my mobile network, no connection can be found.

Have you made a call or text yet?
Try texting ACTIVE to 2020.
