Registering SIM online

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi there
I received a new phone and a new SIM the other day (same number though) I registered the SIM online last night and since then my old phone has no service as well as my new phone. Online it did say it could take up to 24 to set up properly so this could be a stupid question but will it actually take 24 hours??? As I am currently without a phone and I'm hoping I've done this correctly.

I did a sim swap yesterday and it all happened in just a couple of minutes.

Please switch new phone off then back on again which should hopefully bring signal on. (You may have done this already but please try again).

If no joy is your new network same as old one?

You old sim going off means the process has started so as above, just keep rebooting the new sim until it comes online.
