Screen Cracked

Hi

My name is Helen Sherwood and I own a OPPO Find X5 lite mobile phone (andriod) and unfortunately the screen has got several cracks in it and I would to get it repaired, using my insurance for accidental damage. 

I visited a O2 store in Coventry where I live in the hope they would be able to help, but all they said I needed to this on line, but I not sure how to this .

Sure: How do I submit an insurance claim with O2? Call O2 customer services on 202 free from your O2 mobile, or 03448090202 (UK Standard Rate). You may be asked to fill out a claim form.
