Samsung galaxy s7 Software update

My samsung galaxy s7 updated the software yesterday. Since the update my email folders such as sent items, outbox spam etc are missing. Any advice?

Yeap that happened to me when my phone updated what i did weas unistall all my email apps then reinstall the apps latest versions and everything went back to normal apart from my gmail app had to do that twice before it worked..

 When you uninstall yahoo if you have it switch the phone off and back on again before you re install it. That helped me

If the op is not using an imap account they could lose everything by deleting as per your instructions.
Hence the reason I was waiting for an answer from the op.

Hi thanks. I have been at work. Its o2 and hotmail. Ill try unistall etc. 😁

This was the advise i got straight from samsung when i called them to say  i lost all my sent and outbox icons in all my email accounts after update. Maybe they mis informed me then but it works fine now!!!

Yes, you'll be fine with hotmail - I just wanted to make sure before messing it all up completely for you without the full knowledge of the problem.
