Hello everyone.
Got my S24 Plus a few weeks ago, to replace my old S21 5G.
I set up the S24, all seemed as it should be. Until I connected the phone to my PC's/laptop to transfer a few extra files to the phone...
On PC's running Windows 10 & 11, my daily driver OS Manjaro KDE, the S24 device does not show in file managers on any OS's. Strange enough, the old S21 suffered the exact same situation after the most recent update on that device from Samsung. I even tried my trusty old S7 Edge on the same machines, and as expected that showed up on all my computers straight away.
I even tried a text chat conversation with someone from the o2 team, and was basically told "There is no problem on my personal device, and is an issue from Samsung" <<< Fair enough, but do any of the knowledgeable o2 staff and other forum users have any insight or communication with Samsung themselves with updates on the situation and an accurate ETA to a complete fix for it?
