Samsung Flip 4 damaged hinge?

My flip 4 was dropped from a low height while folded closed and with a case on but it seems to have damaged the hinge in some way so that it now won't open fully flat and instead sits just over 90 degrees. Can't feel or see anything misaligned nor is anything loose or visibly broken. Screen is normal, charges fine etc. Can't see any reference to hinge repairs on o2 or Samsung uk (don't have phone care so expect to pay for repair). Any ideas? Obviously don't want to force it further than its currently willing to go

.

Thanks, I did go through their repair section (had to choose the closest option of a broken casing with the inside visible) but when you're then taken through to their approved repair company, to book a repair from home, it seems to be specific about the software rather than the actual handset and if you don't choose the description for your fault, you can't then book. Frustrating especially as other forums suggest this isn't a rare issue
