S6 just Died

Hi Guys

           just went to my samsung s6 phone...nothing wont power on, put it on charge  no little light to say its charging. Used a different charger still nothing, have left it charging for a hour still nothing..

I got it through carphone but to work on o2 network, now what's the best course of action or anything i can try myself first

If it's less than 28 days CPW will replace it on the spot for a new one.
If over that, you are best to contact Samsung for a repair http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/servicelocation/

each phone as its own number (not phone nubmer ) is it on the box so i know thats its mine phone when i get it fixed..
looks like i will have to take it into CPW as my local samsung is in london and i am in bedfordshire..

hi guys

           have found out imei number on paperwork and box, have taken pictures of phone, will remove sim.   anything else that i should do before i take it into CPW tomorrow?
