Please Help. Mobile Data Not Working.

Anonymous
Not applicable

I recently missed a payment on my pay monthly phone plan therefore cutting off my data usage, I have since made the payment reinstating my texts and phone calss but my mobile data will simply not activate. If it matters my phone is a Samsung Galaxy S5 and i have made sure that my data is activated and turned on within the phone itself I don't even get the data symbol at the top bar on the screen. Any help much obliged.
Edit: I forgot to mention that before missing the payment I had ran out of data just thought I'd menton in case it mattered. Also it even says I have my 500 mb ready to use on the My 02 service.

Hi @Anonymous you need to ring customer services to see if they have barred your account. You will need to ask them to lift the bar....

You also may want to look at this link to see if your data settings are as they should be

You should also think about reinstating your direct debit, which would have been set up when you first took out your contract. You would avoid these kinds of problems if you do.

Have you turned off removed battery and restarted phone?
