I'm trying to find on the O2 website where I can restore my phone settings, my dad usually does it but he's away on a meeting so he can't do it, I usually get a text saying they have been restored. If any could direct me in the right direction it would be great

Just turn off the phone and take out SIM card. Put it back in and turn back on again.

If you mean Internet settings, text the word "active" to 2020

You should be able to do it through the phone settings. What phone do you have?

Texting ACTIVE to 2020 should get the settings sent to you again. Just open the message and choose save in the options. Reboot the phone.
