Hi @Anonymous Are you on the Refresh tariff? If so your bill is divided into two parts Device plan and Airtime. 2 separate payments are taken but will show the full amount

You can check you tariff and a breakdown of your bill in My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

A guide to Refresh is here http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Discussions-Feedback/A-Guide-To-O2-Refresh/td-p/877701

There must be a device plan or something included. Check the bill again, try downloading the pdf for easier reading.

If I may correct both the above. It's only the airtime that is listed on the bill.
The device plan is shown as a separate payment.
If the bill detail doesn't show the details fully call CS on 202 for help.

So they don't show the device cost at all on the bill then @MI5? I thought the bill was in two parts Device and Airtime? I just meant there were two payments taken....

Shown separately not as a combined cost.
Never will it show 52 for a 32 airtime and 20 device plan on your bill.

@MI5 Is correct as you see in your my o2 the cost for your device plan & the breakdown of the agreement Ie how much you have left to pay then the airtime plan is how much the monthly tariff is & how much you need to pay that month ie if you need to pay extra & a breakdown of your bill

I wasn't disagreeing...just thanking him for the info provided @Anonymous..... My only error was presuming the two payments were shown as one total...(hence the £52)
