Hi @Anonymous Are you on the Refresh tariff? If so your bill is divided into two parts Device plan and Airtime. 2 separate payments are taken but will show the full amount

@MI5 Is correct as you see in your my o2 the cost for your device plan & the breakdown of the agreement Ie how much you have left to pay then the airtime plan is how much the monthly tariff is & how much you need to pay that month ie if you need to pay extra & a breakdown of your bill

I wasn't disagreeing...just thanking him for the info provided @Anonymous..... My only error was presuming the two payments were shown as one total...(hence the £52)
