My Oppo Reno keeps making additional calls whilst I am talking on the phone. The Speakerphone function is useless on this handset and whenever I try to use it the person on the other end of the call complains about feedback so I have to use as a standard phone, but whenever I do, the handset places my calls on hold and dialls another number - sometimes the last call received/made, sometimes a random number from my contacts. It's been doing this for several months now and I have no idea how to fix the issue. I'm at the point where I can only use whatsapp calling which is obviously not suitable for all calls. I've tried for weeks to get through to an agent on live chat about this but there is never someone available when I try, please help!

Make sure you have the proximity sensor turned on in call settings.
If so, it may be faulty so I'd contact Oppo to get it looked at.

@Amey-Rose If you want to discuss your issue with customer service, below is the advice from an O2 Guru on how to get through.
Call 202 from your mobile.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
