Hi, can someone please escalate my email to the credit referrals team.

I have paid an outstanding debit (that no O2 agent could explain what the payment was for) which I disputed back in September. I am trying to buy a house but my mortgage has been rejected because O2 have not removed my name from the credit record.

I am going to lose my house which has a time sensitive transaction date because O2 have failed to update their records. I am appalled by the way O2 have treated me and require urgent assistance.

@KAPOS001

You can email them on their new email address

creditfilereferrals@telefonica.com

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@KAPOS001

Credit Referrals also take upto 15days to respond.

Just so you are aware this wont be immediate on your credit report if they agree to remove it.

If they do it can take up to 60 days to do (CRA Dependent), you can ask the Credit Reference agencies to put a note on your credit report to say that the record from o2 is disputed and the reason why its disputed (this expires after 90days or so).

@KAPOS001 This probably won't be of much help, but I'll tag the online O2 advisors.

@Anonymous or @O2Emma can you possibly assist?

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Just trying to understand what we can ask you to help with, that's all?

Community managers recently gave us this list:

  1. Calling issues (including wifi calling)
  2. Voicemail issues (including visual voicemail)
  3. Network/coverage issues (for example they might be able to raise a case for the customer if relevant, check for any account issue, look into existing network issue reports, local or wider ones, and try some additional troubleshooting as well)
  4. Messaging issues (MMS, SMS)
  5. Data issues (data not connecting, data usage/allowances)
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
