New phone

Hi i got a new phone last week and the camera doesnt work I've gone through all the settings but still doesn't work just keeps saying camera not responding just don't know what else i can do

Don't bother messing with it

Return it as faulty and get it exchanged

O2 will do a doorstop exchange for you
