My Sim card seems to be disconnected. I believe that I have about £15 Credit on the account though I have not used it for a couple of months while abroad.
Where can I get help from O2 to get this resolved?

Thanks MI5. I contacted O2 Customer Service on the Chat service and got the account recovered. I had to quote both the Telephone Number and the SIM Card number.
All good now
