Mobile internet for 8 weeks samsung and macbook air?

I am going to be working away from home for the next 8 weeks, there is no wifi where I am staying and I will need to download files and keep myself entertained by streaming movies etc in the evenings. I have a macbook air which I have tethered to my samsung galaxy phone in the hope I can use my data allowance topped up by a bolt on - however the 500mb data bolt on only lasts a week.

Any ideas for how I get internet use for 8 weeks through the macbook and o2 greatly appreciated?

Hi,

I assume your a pay monthly customer if your tethering.

As you know your data allowance will quickly deplete when surfing on your MBA through your phones data allowance.

You do have the option to buy 1gb data bolt on's.

Or look at getting an o2 dongle or hotspot device.

I guess it's gonna depend on where exactly you are going. I presume you will still ber in the UK, otherwise mobile data might not be a good idea! If you can tell us a rough location for where you will be, someone with local knowledge might be able to assist?
