Couple of questions for you @Shull 

Are you a pay monthly or pay as you go customer? o2 don't offer 5G to pay as you go customers.

Have you confirmed the phone is 5G capable?

Finally, have you got a recent sim that is 5G?

Is it a 5G signal or are you referring to data in general 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
