Hi @Kasiakrysztofia ,
If on contract do you have a spend cap setup? as MMS isnt included in your text messages and its a chargeable service?
If on Pay n Go, MMS isnt included in your bundle. Do you have credit in your phone to send it?
Thirdly do you have Internet access(mobile Data) turned on , on your phone with the correct MMS settings?

Switch off wifi and try
mms are chargeable so use whatsapp if possible which are obviously free
