Galaxy A3 - My O2 App.

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi

I am on a sim only contract and have just acquired a sim free galaxy A3 - nice phone at first glance.

I used to have a windows phone, and on that the my o2 app shows the remaining minutes, I have just downloaded and installed the android version and the remaining minutes is missing - it shows me the remaining data, but not minutes.

I am I missing something here, or is this not on the androiod app?

Cheers!!

What version of the app have you got?
Mine is 5.2.0

It should show the remaining minutes unless you have unlimited. There was an update today.

On the login screen it says version 6.0.0 and have found it, hidden away on the data page.

Thanks for the help!!

Yes it was as you explained thanks.

The windows version of the app gives you the remaining mins, texts and data as the main screen after you login - so i was expecting this with the android app, but no, hence my confusion lol!!

After a bit of digging and help here (thanks again) I did find the remaining balances, the android app isn't as logical as the windows app, for once I would say the windows app is better than the android version.

As for the updated version it seems to be OK, I haven't found any issues in terms of performance.

Once again thanks to all for the help

I quite like the look of the update, Functionality hasn't really changed but it looks fresher and cleaner.
