Data Usage

Is there a way I can work out what is suddenly eating my data?

My usage seems to have doubled and I don't know why?

Thanks

You can look in settings to see which apps are using data.
Settings >Data usage (or wireless and networks >Data depending on android version).
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You may have an app on your phone that's using it up. You could try deleting apps to work out if it's an app. Do you use the internet a lot on data? Do you stream while using data like YouTube for example

Usual suspects are Facebook/Messenger @Anonymous.
If you check your android version then we can advise where to check.

I would add Pinterest to that list!  I just checked my data usage for the month and it is the biggest user.

It's a great app and I love it, but I do wish it had a setting only to update on my phone when I'm using wi-fi.

I'll contact them about it!
