I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini, haven't had it long, and I got a voicemail today.
When I dial 121 it says "conditional call forwarding activated", I'm met with one extended tone, and then it cuts off. I've tried typing my pass key, and it does nothing.
I really need to pick this voicemail up because it's from a person I'm meeting with tomorrow.

It's not set up correctly for O2.
Open the phone dial key pad, then press Menu >Call settings. Look for Voicemail Number and touch to open. Remove 121 and enter 901. Press "Done" and the phone will always dial 901 from now on.

Just curious, did the phone come from Vodafone?

I bought it from ASDA, it was unlocked, but it did come with a Vodafone SIM card! I guess I had a total memory lapse!
