Sometimes cant see when someone is calling me

Hi,

Seeing that live chat is down, for now, I wanted to see if anyone have any solution/idea for a very specific problem.

I have pay monthly Huawei mate20 pro. For the last few months in random times of the day, I cant see when someone is calling me. Then when they call later its fine. The phone rings fine for them(eg doesn't just go straight to voicemail but actually rings) so probably not network related but a phone? I can see later in my call log the missed call too, it just doesn't come on the screen when actually happening. It is really annoying!!! And as it only happens like few times a week its very hard to track but nevertheless important due to work commitements. I have checked the network coverage issues map and it seems fine. Have obv restarted phone, could it be software update issue?

Possibly.
Might also be worth clearing cache of the "phone" app too.
A last ditch self fix would be to do a full back up and reset of the phone.
If none of that works then sending to repair is the only alternative.
