Please can someone help. I have tried live chat, twitter and calling and I’m getting no where. I returned my handset as I wasn’t happy with it, riyal mail have confirmed it was delivered and I have sent proof however the system is still not updating....
How long after O2 has received your return handset does it take to update the system? It was received this morning at 8am
I’ve sent my phone back today which was a switch up upgrade. I was told when they confirm the return I can place a new order using switch up as I returned my other one within the 14 day cooling off period, is this correct?
