as Chris mentioned its being looked at by the Messaging team and we'll
update as soon as its been resolved.
Hiya, just to double check also if there aren’t any software updates
pending on the device. You can check this from typing software update in
the settings to find it, if none then as Cleoriff mentioned could be a
faulty device.
