In response to the need for access to the latest healthcare guidance, all O2 Pay Monthly and Pay As You Go customers can now access NHS websites without using any of their data allowance.
Calls to NHS 111 are already free for all O2 customers.

With regards to wait times, for any customer needing to contact O2 for anything outside of the current voice call issues, please have a look on My O2 for any account or billing related issues as you may be able to resolve it there.
We also have loads of help & support on our website, which may save you a call to us.
And lastly, if you are trying to contact us about this voice calling issue, please understand our agents may not be able to assist any further. As we continue to investigate, the most up-to-date info will be available here.
