I have received a bill dated 4/5th July. I do not understand why my Bill period has started on this date. I have not received or activated the O2 SIM card, nor has my Volt broadband package started either (due to start 21st July).
As I have received no goods or services from O2 at this time I want to push back the start date of my package to coincide with when I will actually use O2's services.

Your start date is based on recieving the sim card within 2 days of the order been placed, and sounds like Virgin should have delayed the sending out of the sim car, but as usual havent.
You need to speak to Virgin on 0345 454 1111 as they have processed the order, and they are the ones to fix there mess.
