I noticed my online account says I have a 250gb data allowance rather than the unlimited data my o2 contract states after moving from vigin to o2 today. Online chat is down. Anyway to get this rectified online?

It should update in a couple of days, to the correct data amount, if it hasnt then you will need to contact o2; if you send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call 202 from your o2 phone
