I have changed over from virgin media to O2 . At the same time I have changed my bank account. I therefore need to update direct debit payment details, but am unable to do so online. Because my account name has altered slightly, 02 will not accept the details. When trying to sort online, I am told O2 will send a verification email which I am not receiving.
