Hi,
I can't seem to use my o2 phone as there does not seem to be any network coverage. I am in Sydney since Jan 2020 and have been unable to return to UK due to Covid.

@mjmcs You've exceeded the limit according to O2's Fair Usage Policy. It sounds as if they've disconnected your service until you return to the UK. It may not be possible to reconnect you while you're still abroad.

You can try to contact customer service on +44800 032 1402
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
The number isn't available until 9 am UK time.
