I have a new phone and sim it has been working now all of a sudden have no signal.

 

I have checked the area and all ok.  My colleague at work is also on 02 and her signal is fine.

 

Please help

You need to contact O2.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@ReenieF If you have an O2 store near you, call in and ask them to do a sim swap for you to eliminate a faulty sim as a possible issue. Be sure to bring photo ID with you.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
