Iphone SE went to open mail this morning and got a plain white screen, came out used my phone as normal, went back in and now I cannot use my phone, it will not allow me to turn it off using the off button or using off and volume to restart, I am getting whatsapp notifications but cannot open them, I have asked sir but she is unable to open anything.
What strange is I am charging up my old Iphone 6 and the mail app has disappeared please help
