I've recently upgraded my phone to the s22 ultra. Since doing this I cant send messages to premium numbers now and I kept the same sim. Does anyone know why this would be the case. I've no spend caps or blocks on phone.

@Craigieboy75

We have no access to your account as we are all members like yourself. There must be a premium bar on your account if you say you have no spend cap.

If you call O2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 or use O2's social media to help by messaging them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

@Craigieboy75

Check the settings on the phone as on Samsungs you will have been prompted to send or not send to Premium numbers, and its easy to select dont send.

This guide from Verizon, has the details on how to change the settings: https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-300909/
