Hi there!

on the 5th of April of this year i purchased a samsung flip (my first big purchase!) unfortunately yesterday it broke, at first i noticed some dead pixels where the fold is and decided to put it away to take to the shop to make sure it wasnt anything major, however when i turned it on to check the time it was acting as if possessed, the entire fold section was dead pixels and it had a green line going down the screen as was randomly turning off and on and opening random apps. I took it into the shop today and they told me I had to pay £90 for a replacement for a phone i didnt even break! i thought this would fall under the sales of goods act 2015 and i even looked up o2 warranty that states "

The benefits provided under the 3-Year Warranty are in addition to those provided under any standard manufacturer warranty and your rights under consumer law. Your statutory rights are unaffected."

some help would be really appreciated!
