Can someone tell me what NC1SA1967 is all about as I got a message telling me that it will expire on the 1/10/2024. What is it? As I have no idea what I have to do to sort this problem out. I don't even know what department I should be looking in.

Unlocking a device

Hiya! I’ve recently noticed my old iPhone X is locked to O2. I’m trying to unlock it but I changed the o2 SIM card to Tesco so I can’t unlock it. Any way I can unlock it?
