how to cancel Bolt on

Could not set the confirmation email when i picked a bolt on and did it twice (silly me) so now i have 2 GB Bolt on which are more expensive that 12GB bolt on. how can i change that ? tried to talk to staff via chat but usual reply (no one is available)
